Supine Hamstring Strech is one of these poses which will surely benefit the back pain management. It is performed while you lay on the back, with one of your legs laying on the floor, while other hangs in the air with 90 degrees angle between the both legs. A strap or rolled tower is placed on the foot which hangs in the air, straigthtened towards the ceiling. By holding the legs in this position for 3-5 minutes, you will target your lower back muscles for sure. After 3-5 minutes, change the position to the other leg for another 3-5 minutes.

Supine-Hamstring-Strech

Two-knee twist also requires lying on the back and bending the knees into the the chest with arms positioned in T form. With each exhalation, you will lower your knees to the right, with both shoulders pressing firmly. Each side should be held for 1-2 minutes approximately.

Sphinx position is performed while laying on the stomach, by propping yourself on forearms. Aligning your elbows under your shoulders and pressing through your palms and the top of the feet will allow you to perform this exercise correctly. This way, you will allow the additional blood flow into the back, which will relieve the pain sensation and enable the process of healing. The position should be held for 1-3 minutes.

Two-knee twist

Along with the mentioned positions, yoga has many efficient ways to relieve the pain which is experienced in the lower back. Yoga is, therefore, perfect for those who are performing athletic activities, or those who have a kind of job which seeks constant sitting on the table.
